Large open-plan room with contemporary kitchen (induction hob, pyrolise oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, appliances and full kitchen equipment).
Storeroom
First area with combined dryer/washing machine, sink.
Second space with refrigerator and storage space.
The 5 bedrooms
- 1 ground-floor bedroom (wheelchair accessible) with walk-in shower/WC, 2 twin beds (90cm)
- 4 bedrooms upstairs
- 2 each with 2 twin beds 90, walk-in shower and separate WC, closets or dressing room.
- 1 with 1 bed 160, cupboard.
- 1 with 4 beds 90 (including 2 bunk beds), wardrobe.
These last two bedrooms are en suite; the WC/hand-wash is independent.
The games room
A leisure and relaxation area with books, board games and a Bonzini table soccer.
An office with WIFI connection is also available.
The outbuilding
Large covered area with ping-pong table, ideal for children on rainy days!
Outdoor ambience
The house has a south-facing terrace in front of the kitchen/dining room.
A plancha grill lets you make the most of this space.
The swimming pool, particularly suitable for children (salt filtration, 10*4 m) and the terrace with sun loungers leave plenty of room for strolling in the garden.
Large outbuilding with ping-pong table, basketball hoop, swing set; a tennis court is at your disposal 5 km away.
